1) Spot - 9.5/10 Great voice acting, backstory and powers. He transforms from the villain of the week to a multiversal threat.
2) Superfly - 9/10 I liked how the directors chose to do on Superfly rather than villains like Shredder or Krang, at least for the first movie. He is threatening, intimidating with charismatic moments. Ice Cube nailed his character.
3) Gabriel - 8.5/10 He is threatening and imposing. But like his villain arc felt a bit rushed. We aren't given enough time to connect with him
4) Renova Renslayer - 8.5/10 She is a cool villain but I wish they explained what happened to her in the aftermath.
5) Miss Minutes - 8.5/10 Creepy, evil and sadistic.
6) Bowser - 8.5/10 Jack Black nailed it with Peaches. He is threatening and imposing but might feel cartoony at times.
7) King Magnifico - 7/10 He was wasted potential because initially he was portrayed as a layered character who knew Asha's father and he cared for the citizens but then he gets corrupted with the book and his transformation feels forced. He does not have any unique sorcery powers. But still he is a decent villain and has a lot of creativity. Chris Pine did a good job in his portrayal inspite of the material he was given. I do think "This is the Thanks I get" is a fantastic song and I have listened to it again and again. Plus he does have charismatic moments and he is the best aspect of the movie.
8) Kang the Conqueror - 7/10 I liked the flashback scene where Janet learns his true identity. But he is a bragging villain. He keeps lecturing about how he has put down rebellions and killed avengers but we have not seen him do it. I mean show us that he is terrifying instead of yelling and bragging. But he does have some decent moments. Jonathan Majors did a good job portraying the character. I hope he still gets to portray Kang later in the MCU.
I can't think of any other.
EDIT: I did not notice movie villains so Renslayer and Miss Minutes do not count.
