Amon Goeth and Anton Chigurh are both terrifying. In my opinion, Amon Goeth is scarier in a more realistic way because he was an actual person who has done these really horrible things. Anton Chigurh is still a cold blooded psychopath tho.

I'd go with Anton Chigurh due to him basically operating completely on his own. You know, Patrick Bateman was likely hallucinating what was going on in the story, and characters like Ramsay Bolton, while dangerous, have massive amounts of resources at their disposal which make them so terrifying. Anton is just a chilling example of a cold calculated psychopath who kills people and leaves no trace behind of him being there.

Any Pure Evil villain that is based on real life person is the most horrifying for me
