Vader is not really evil, he’s just broken. He actually hates himself for destroying his life and so the dark side is the only thing he has left. So he just goes on fufilling the only purpose he has.

If he wasn't evil, why would be on this wiki?

Exactly my guy Vader still killed children with no remorse, no emotion, and in a brutal manner. He also clearly liked killing Jedi

He did show some remorse, if I can recall

Not everyone in this wikia is pure evil. And also there was remorse. You saw the tear flowing down Anakin’s eye when he was about to kill the younglings? He didn’t want to do it, but he felt there was no choice.

And not being PE does not mean that you aren't a villain

And it’s very understandable why he did what he did but that doesn’t justify his actions AT ALL.

The Jedi not trusting him just being assholes towards him, them being hypocritical and not faithfully following the Jedi code like he was teached

His fear of his loved ones dying because of his mother’s death he is obsessed with protecting his loved s mainly Padme

And of course Palpatine manipulating him. These 3 factors is in my opinion what turned Vader evil. But what makes him evil instead of just broken is that they’re were multiple times where he could’ve redeemed himself, As Ashoka, and Obi Wan both begged him to turn back to the light side and now they think they’re cared friend is now dead. He was going to use Luke just for him to overthrow palpatine and rule the galaxy. Now that’s evil Vader is very tragic but it doesn’t justify his actions one bit.

because he felt like there was no good future after everything he’s done. Like he said to Luke “it’s too late for me”

To address an earlier point, there's such a thing as being evil in actions but not personality and motives AKA an anti-villain which is allowed on this wiki and Darth Vader does fit the bill of an anti-villain.
