I feel like Chameleon from Kung Fu Panda 4 "might" get mentioned in this list. So I would like to defend her before someone mentions her.

She wanted respect and power, she wanted to be a master of kung fu. But she was rejected from kung fu dojos because the masters dictated that she was too small and too lowly or insignificant to ever become a kung fu warrior. They even dictated "kung fu was not my destiny" so he chose sorcery and became a shapeshifter and gradually became the tyrannical ruler of Juniper City. People say that this motive is stupid because of existence of kung fu masters like Mantis, Shifu and Chicken who are as small or even smaller than her. So her rejection does not make sense. I don't see how there cannot be kung fu masters who have racial mindsets and are narrow minded.

I don't see how jealousy and envy cannot be strong motivators for becoming evil.

So I just defended her motivations in case someone tried to mention her. I currently cannot remember any villains with petty motivations but if I do I will come back later.
