To me, it just feels outdated/overrated

Hairless, chubby, (I just ran out of villains to put on this poll honestly) but he does have some features just not as much as the others

Big Jack Horner. I would love for Disney to have a villain like him again and give them as spectacular a death scene as he got. He is part of what set the Last Wish bar so high and makes it my favorite DreamWorks film (though far from the only thing).
