Psychopaths are more collective in their thoughts. A sociopath acts more sudden and erratically. It varies from case to case, but more often than not, sociopaths are more erratic than psychopaths.

Yoshikage Kira since he’s genuinely a man who seeks a peaceful and quiet life while willing to do anything to achieve it. He is aware on how bad his actions are and lacks empathy but that doesn’t mean he is incapable of it.

That moment with Shinobu implies that he is capable of caring for another person. But Yoshikage completely shuts that feeling down and tells himself that he is incapable of such feelings. This complexity on his character is what makes him stand out when compared to JoJo’s worst villains (worse as in actions and goals).
