Chameleon from Kung Fu Panda 4. Even though it was not in the movie, in the trailer there is a dialogue "We are not so different. You and I".
She is a great polar opposite of Po as both were underestimated and mocked because of their sizes. Po for being a fat flabby panda and Chameleon for being a small lowly reptilian runt. However both went on to gain high status. Po became the dragon warrior and Chameleon became a sorceress ruling Juniper City. They also have differences in personality.
Chameleon: I think this was destiny, a final face off between formidable adversaries alike in so many ways.
Po: If only I had a dumpling for every time a villain said how much we have in common.
Chameleon: Its true, we have both risen to the highest of heights. Its only a shame that one of us can come on top.
Po: It is a shame, for you !!
Chameleon: My combined powers of sorcery and kung fu make me unstoppable. And once I dispense with you, I'll expand my rule from Juniper City to -
Po: Every other city and town and village and the Valley of Peace and beyond, yeah I know.
Chameleon: But how did you know ?
Po: I saw it in a vision, cause I am the dragon warrior...... well atleast for now. But I have decided its time I made a change. And so should you.
Chameleon: I am the Chameleon, I do nothing but Change !!
Po: Only on the outside, real change happens from within. And if we are really as alike as you say we are, maybe we could both let go of who we were and become something better than we already are. What do you say ?
Chameleon: I say No !! (Kicks him and fighting begins)
