Not villains but I really hate the sisters from The Clone Wars Season 7. Even the sequels villains have cool/memorable moments, while these two have none

Kylo Ren is a poor replacement for Darth Vader. He also reminds me of Ronan the Accuser from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
