@WowVerySurprising i agree, when i watch SuperDED6 Galaxy's rant on Modern Family Guy (his Youtube video), as he discusses this to the point about Peter, "He has become a psychopath who does loads of crimes that he doesn't even get arrested for!" He treated his family like rubbish (such as abusing Meg and Stewie), joins forces with terrorists, attacks and murders innocent people and animals, harms his friends and random strangers, robs businesses, and often gets away with his heinous actions. To quote this from Super DED6 Galaxy, "He's a domineering, sadistic, intolerable, irritating, annoying, self-centered, anger-producing, bigoted, hateful, uncaring, heartless, lying, cheating, stealing, disobedient and immature manchild!". All of the reasons why I have to agree that Peter Griffin will be the worst offender of character derailment. This is one of the main reasons why Modern Family Guy proved to be bad. In Classic Family Guy, he was a wise cracking type of character; but for Modern Family Guy, I really hate him! Aside of that, i respect your opinion that you prefer The Simpsons (who is not that horrible than Family Guy) and South Park to be better, because to myself, while i find South Park to have crude vulgar language bratty behavior, the only characters who pretended to be dumb is Eric Cartman which is still likeable due to displaying his competence and manipulation, i could like him and hate him at the same time, but not Peter due to being an absolute incompetent bastard that gets so drunk, is unsympathetic, has no real tragic backstory, talks about minor and random things for no reason of every cutaway that gets too old and annoying by changing the subject of a cohering focus plot and is the worst cartoon father in animated history, if not, in the entire existence!
