For me, I’d say Slade from Teen Titans Go! To the Movies. I don’t hate him solely just because, but his character development was just so bad. In Teen Titans, he was this dramatic yet mellow villain (similar to the Screenslaver?) who was very enigmatic. In the Teen Titans Go movie, the directors completely got rid of his Teen Titans personality and made him just like a generic villain.
