I mean he was goodddd…… but not that good let me explain.

I really don’t like how design tbh, people say that him being called “the most evil” isn’t given to much weight in the movie but that isn’t true he literally turned 2 innocent people into cockroaches, Gru’s son and that gas station owner.

I didnt really like Maxine’s girlfriend she served no real purpose and they didn’t even seem to like eachother.

And I also didn’t like how Máxime litterally brainwashed Grus infant, but they reconcile and become friends and sing in prison, which makes no sense.

But overall he served his purpose but compared to other despicable me villains he really isn’t that good.

@DoctorEvil45 i mean. Turning an infant is already pretty evil. But them being friends at the end? Yeah. That was kinda out of context. Also. His Background was. A little pity. Am i right?

Yeah. I didn’t see DM 4, but I seen Inside Out 2 and it was good. It’s just that people like to stereotype sequel movies of being bad.

The only two 2020s movies sequel movies I know that aren’t stereotyped of being bad that much are Puss In Boots: The Last Wish and Inside Out 2.

I seen both.

But maybe 2024 doesn't seem that great year when it comes to animated villains.

Let's face it: apart from Maxime Le Mal, I was disappointed from the Chameleon from KFP4 and her dumb backstory, and I wouldn't even count Anxiety from Inside Out 2 a "villain" since she only do her job. So.... who else is left?

Honestly I found him to be really boring. Like every villain in this franchise is gimmicky, of course, but he didn’t do anything interesting enough to make the gimmick fun. His whole shtick was “haha I am cockroach man I don’t like Gru so I’m gonna steal his child.” That’s it. That’s the extent of his jokes. He’s not funny, he’s not entertaining, he’s not compelling.
