They probably censor most things that happen in comics, or else they'll probably ban it in a lot of countries.
At least Mark Millar regretted making his edgiest comic The Unfunnies. Ennis on the other hand...
Hopefully this is like The Boys where the TV version is agreed to be much more compelling and complex than the comic itself

If there's one thing Ennis excells in, it's violence and gore. I'd say he's got his work cut out for him here.
And hating superheroes
Garth Ennis must already be more than satisfied, I mean three of his comics have already had adaptations, such as Preacher, The Boys and now Crossed.
