Out of these, Bane. I think him or Ra’s al Ghul are the best Batman villains. Ra’s for having interesting dynamics with his daughter, his grandson, and Batman or Bane for doing that horrifying act of breaking his back.

Yeah. Joker’s utterly great of a villain and he deserves being crowned one of the most famous villains in all of fiction, but one thing that I find degrading is that for being a violent, sadistic, and deranged madman, he would be nothing without Batman, which I find weird. They’re sworn enemies, but kind of care for each other. Most rivalries between heroes and villains are better. Kind of like Optimus Prime and Megatron from Transformers. But they’re still great. I will always love Joker, forever and always. He’s amazing. But Ra’s or Bane should be Batman’s #1 archenemy. I’d say Ra’s.

Well, the Joker is Batman's primary nemesis because he has done a lot of horrible acts to him and his loved ones. Even other villains are distributed by what he does.
