TMNT because I haven’t seen and don’t know RWBY. Also, TMNT villains are interesting in terms of powers, skills, and stories. My favorite of all time honestly being Xever Montes aka Fishface. He’s the most unique out of all Mutants in terms of design. Personality’s pretty neat for a villain as well.
