High Evolutionary.

I haven't watched the trilogy actually. I have a basic idea of the villains. I have heard High Evolutionary is one of the best post endgame villains especially because he is a breath of fresh air from broken villains.

Definitely not Ronan. He was just an edgelord throwing a tantrum. He was really hard to take seriously.

@Anuj Chatterjee Out of the Phase 5 villains he's the only well-written one.

I like Ronan but it would’ve been good if they add more to his character but I prefer him over Ego.

This poll makes me realize they keep getting better with villains. Ronan was boring. Ego was an interesting character, though being a twist villain he only spent like 15-30 minutes being a bad guy. And then there's the High Evolutionary, who's a scum 24/7 and still manages to be a compelling character who drives the good and emotional story that is volume III.

The High Evolutionary is the best on this list.

Out of all the Multiversal Saga villains, the High Evolutionary and Cassandra Nova are the two best ones. Both extremely well written and didn’t have a shred of redemption in them (there were too many of those and they were getting tedious at best, sloppy at worst like with Gorr).

I didn't know people consider Ronan boring. I haven't watched the franchise. I just assumed he is considered a decent villain.

Ronan is a great "First bad guy."

Ego directly is responsible for the situation the main character is in, he's absolutely the main antagonist of the trilogy. High Evolutionary is certainly the overarching antagonist imo.
