Annihilus is pretty cool. He’s a paranoid Arthrosian who is the ruler of a dimensional space called the Negative Zone. He can fly, has superhuman attributes thanks to his Arthrosian physiology, he has the Cosmic Control Rod, which is a weapon that can blast powerful energy blasts and increase the lifespan of the wielder. He’s pretty cool. He’s a Fantastic Four villain.
