Mcleach is one of the most pure evil villains in the Disney universe. He’s way worse than Madame Medusa. Mcleach kidnapped a young boy, treat him like an animal, threw knives at him, even threw him in a cage where he contained animals all for the location of a rare golden eagle. He’s not very educated due to his low education and Mcleach sang his sick and twisted version of Home on the Range. He suffered a horrible death: falling to his death from a huge waterfall. Madame Medusa isn’t evil as Mcleach. She wants the Devil’s Eye, an huge and priceless diamond which will costs millions of dollars if sold, but it belongs in the museum. She’s incredibly greedy and selfish and she even threatened to shoot Penny and Snoops who is kinder to Penny than his boss. It’s Madame Medusa’s greed and arrogance that cost her the diamond and her pet crocodiles attacked her while she clings on the boat’s smoke stacks and Penny escaped with the diamond.
