I haven't watched the movie but I think Maxime Le Mal from Despicable Me 4 is probably the worst villain of 2024. I am familiar with spoilers and he seems more interesting than a human cockroach hybrid who wants to kill Gru because he stole his dance number.

I know it's hard to make the Rhino look cool, but they didn't even try.
