The Final Battle.

"Look upon my work and despair" is cool and all, but a bit downplayed with how many times this "terrible power" is undone and the villain defeated in such a short time. But the final battle is the moment you EXPECT the bad guy to lose, and there are so many ways to make it awesome regardless of the outcome being expected.

I actually really like it when the villain and the hero are temporarily united against a common enemy, opens the door for some cool interactions. But yeah, I think the Final Battle works best.
