They were the original Mystery Inc group until they were influenced to become evil due to working for Professor Pericles in his plans to steal the Planispheric Disk from the new Mystery Inc group who are stopping his plans. They are shallow and abusive parents of Fred.
Brad wasn't the nicest one... when Judy was masked as old Daphne, he just laughed and said she's so old with that face, not supported her or was nicer with her.
Judy is...well, nicer than Brad . ( in my opinion )
