Has there ever been a time where you felt a villain you like or dislike is wasted by the narrative that was given to them? If yes, who?

Screenslaver. Had the potential to be great but her plan was stupid and she didn't have enough screen time.
@Unremarker but the whole point of the game is that things shouldn't be solved with violence
@The nameless master Yeah but in real life there are tons of people who are just off the deep end one way or another and you can't expect to be able to reason with them, which the game doesn't really have proper representation for in my eyes. There's a lot of other things I could go on all day about but probably shouldn't here.
@Mich Na204 Yeah if I'd rewrite JJK, I'd do away with Kenjaku, he doesn't feel like a real character. A 3 way war between Geto and his cult, the disaster curses and the jujutsu sorcerers with Sukuna as the overarching threat (and final boss) would have been a better plot imo
@Unremarker are you an undertale hater?
@The nameless master How is he a hater? He just stating a simple disagreement with the game's theme.
Geras! I prefer him to be the Main Antagonist of MK11 over KroniC**T
The Chameleon from Kung Fu Panda.
SO MUCH POTENTIAL wasted...only for us to get this excuse of a villain. Even the shows' villains have more charisma
At least Viola Davis did a good job voicing her...but still a waste of her talent
J from Murder Drones
Honestly IMO she deserves way more better than what they did to her, hel!,i saw some fan fiction from the community, and they did her character WAY more better the actual show did to her.
Nalo from Moana 2... if Moana 2 was kept as a show, we could've seen more scenes of him and why he hates humans. I'll say a theory of mine in another discussion.
What do you think?
