Edgar from the Aristocats. He seemed a good person at first but he literally went mad over the cats just because Madame Adelaide wanted to leave her inheritance to her cats first. He made the cats to eat pills to make them sleep and throw them into a river. All because of money.
Syndrome (The Incredibles). He murdered a lot of supers just because Mr. Incredible didn't wanted him as a sidekick, which it was for a good reason: he was stil a kid.
Tai Lung. He was never worthy to be the Dragon Warrior, and he attacked a whole village because of his anger about it.
