Then maybe Lute is. Vox I think will be the Secondary Antagonist of the franchise in general

I agree, she and Sera would be the Overaching Antagonists. Although Sera will most likely be redeemed. The Main Antagonist could be Lute or Vox. But I feel that Vox will be more of a secondary antagonist.
