I agree, she and Sera would be the Overaching Antagonists. Although Sera will most likely be redeemed. The Main Antagonist could be Lute or Vox. But I feel that Vox will be more of a secondary antagonist.

I think this will be a case of "X is one of the main antagonists of...". Like, we have more than a single main antagonist. And from the looks of it, Lute will definitely be one of them (Vox is coming pretty close too).
