Title says it all. Now yes, I know that Zuko is a posterboy on how to handle redemption arc very well. But from what I heard, Vegeta is another villain who also goes into redemption arc very well and become a template on how to handle redemption arcs.
Now here's the thing that I don't get it. What makes Vegeta redemption arc works and when we see redemption arcs with the likes of Naruto Villains, Steven Universe villains, 13 Reasons Why villains, we tend to get angry at them because they handle their redemption arcs poorly. But with Vegeta, we let him off the hook despite you could argue that his redemption arc lacks a proper foreshadowing.
With that said, again, what makes Vegeta's redemption arc works to the point he got scott off free from criticism?

I know Bryce has done some awful things throughout the series. But in Season 3 he really tried to become a better person before his death.
1.He helped Justin with his debt and Seth
2.He stood up for his mom and Tyler
3.He tried to make it up to his mom
4.He even made an apology tape confessing all he's done
And he's basically a tragic villain cause his parents were not around most of the time and on top of it all they were getting a divorce.
So please remove him from the Pure Evil category. A Pure Evil villain doesn't express regret or remorse but Bryce did.
