I edited his type of villain to be "Determined Gangster" because he's an ambitious social climber and strongly follow his plans and goals. I added "Carl is one of the deadliest Grand Theft Auto characters" because his game has the most missions and some missions he has to kill a lot. And I added "Neutral Evil , Destroyer Of Innocence , Greedy , Egotists , Liars , Social Darwinists , Anarchists , Serial Killers , Evil from the Past , Trickers , Sophisticated , Master Orator , Mascots and Remorseful" in his categories because by a facts he's too heinous to be considered as Chaotic Neutral on Villains Wiki page (he killed a lot of soldiers , polices , gangs , workers , bodyguards and some innocent people and he literally buried foreman alive under a cement which consider as one of the most evil things committed by a GTA protagonist all during GTA San Andreas storyline) and some of his murders weren't motivated by his wanted of revenge but also motivated by his wanted of money , power , businesses and personal gain. He also gained Jizzy and T-Bone trust then he betrayed and killed both of them , gained Salvatore trust then robbed his casino and killed a lot of his goons there for his personal gain , betrayed and blackmailed OG Loc that he's the only one who ruined Madd Dogg's career despite CJ was the only one who killed a lot of bodyguards in Madd Dogg's mansion then stole his rhyme and drowned his manager include one innocent woman who were in the same car , despite CJ saved Madd Dogg from his unsuccessful suicide and helped his career / business but CJ also want to have more his business and kinda did it for his personal gain. He also can be considered as a disciplinarian , enforcer and serial killer because he strongly opposed drug to his gang , recruited his gang and made his gang become more powerful , and it's implied that he was already in a gang before GTA San Andreas storyline and he becomes a co leader of his gang and kingpin of San Andreas in the end of GTA San Andreas who has a lot of criminal connections so it's highly possible that he already had killed a several before GTA San Andreas storyline and kill some more after GTA San Andreas storyline. So by a facts about his actions during his game's storylines I edited and add these things on his Villains Wiki page and he's fit for Chaotic Neutral on Heroes Wiki but on Villains Wiki he'd be more fit for Neutral Evil.

I feel like his categories should be edited and add Neutral Evil , Destroyers Of Innocence , Barbarians , Greedy , Egotists , Liars , Hypocrites , Blackmailers , Opportunists , Social Darwinists , Anarchists and Mascots. He killed a ton of soldiers , polices , gang members , bodyguards and some innocent people during GTA SA storyline. He's also power , money hungry , highly ambitious , determined , betrayed someone (such as Jizzy , T-Bone , OG Loc and Salvatore) for his personal gain and did some dirty works (especially stole vehicles) and he also even killed some innocent for his businesses and plans. although he's loyal and helpful to his gang , family and trusted allies and saved several people but his heinous actions far overweight his heroic actions. So I think his alignment is definitely more Neutral Evil than Chaotic Neutral , he's too heinous to be Chaotic Neutral.
