Mine is Cozy Glow from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Although she doesn't have a backstory, she's such an interesting villain. Sunni Westbrook did an amazing job voicing Cozy.

So can you all comment on all faux affably evil villains that break the fourth wall while revealing there true nature to the audience?

Because the only faux affably evil villains I know reveal their natures are Starlight Glimmer and Cozy Glow.

Except Cozy Glow didn't reveal it to the fourth wall but was smiling at it at the end of the Season 8 finale. While Starlight revealed her true nature before revealing it to the Mane 6.
