What are your favorite Frank Welker’s characters for a villain?

I think mine are Tokka and Rahzar from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and Gorilla from SpongeBob SquarePants.

Frank Welker is turning 79 today and he’s almost turning 80.

I know the title main antagonist in Marvel and DC Comics is shared by their most evil and impactful villains (Thanos, Red Skull, Doctor Doom, Galactus)/(Darkseid, Lex Luthor, Joker, Sinestro), but is there any way to determine character(s) who could be "Secondary Antagonists" of the verses?
