Who is your favorite charismatic villain?

Im almost finished reading Stephen King’s The Stand and I can definitely say my favorite charismatic villain is Randall Flagg.

I think he’s also probably one of my all time favorite literary villains (Stephen King created one hell of a villain with Randall Flagg).

So which charismatic villain is your favorite?
