Hi there, so, this is really the first time i've actually made a post on this wiki identical to a normal blog post, or at least, to an extent. But anyways, what is this post about? Well, he has no need for an introduction, relatively speaking, as i'm sure a lot of you know him already.
Yep, Bill Cipher, the triangular dream demon from Gravity Falls, known for being one of the best villains of his time, both by the GF fanbase and this wiki, (me included) and is infamous for winning essentially every poll he's put into, but does really deserve it? Well, it's time to find out. In general, this post is just me going over his actual stats and powers to see where he peaks and where he stops at, but anyway, let's just get to it.
Strength:
Bill Cipher's strength can vary at times, and it's mostly dependent on what form or size he decides to take at the moment, he's never really punched anyone in his base form and actually did some serious damage, but some simple reality warping tends to fix that, in this scene, we get a glimpse of what would happen if he finally managed to break out of gravity falls, showing him growing to planetary scale and having weirdmageddon affect the whole universe.

However, we don't neccesarily know how big he can actually grow to, and infinite power usually isn't that literal, but i think you get the idea.
Speed:
Essentially has the follows the same pattern as his strength, he basically decides how fast he wants to be, in that same scene right after he takes a bite out of earth, we see him fly past the cosmos in only couple of seconds, not sure how far he really traveled, but going past several planets and into Ford's galaxy in that amount of time would make him extremely faster than light, to say the most.
Power/s:
It's pretty safe to say he has a lot, and i mean a LOT, of powers a they are better summed up in this video just name a few, without even including what he said in his reddit AMA. (Although it's questionable if that's a valid source.)

Now, as for the scope of where his power can extend to, Bill Cipher is confirmed multiple times to at least be a universal threat in the show, a misconception however, is that it's not really in the sense that he could one-shot the universe with brute force, but more so in the sense that weirdmaggedon is a cataclysmic event that could extend to that range, and destroy it overtime. You can get him even higher then that actually if you take Ford's statement from the irl Journal 3 book into account. (which is canon btw).
Yeah...........a whole multiverse waiting to be destroyed.........
Now, some people have refuted this scan under the premise that "threat to the multiverse" is a vague statement and it doesn't actually mean he could destroy it as there are different ways someone could be a threat to something.
However, it's reasonable to assume it means so in a destructive way, as when Time Baby shows up, he says it himself that Weirdmaggedon could *destroy* the very fabric of *existence* while showing a projection of the world exploding during that speech, and we can give full credit to Bill Cipher himself that a destruction of that level would happen, as the rift into Gravity Falls is created and sustained by his own power, and immediately closes when he dies.
Durability:
Bill Cipher has no really good durability feats on screen, however, it's probable that he could simply tank the destruction of the multiverse Weirdmageddon would have destroyed, as that's usually the case for most harbringer-for-rebirth type cosmic entities who intend to and can destroy something that big with their own power, Super Dimentio from paper mario being an example i can think of.
Weaknesses:
Well, with all of his strengths and powers out of the way, it's time we get into his actual low showings to clear some things up.
Bill Cipher can be erased from reality, i think we can understand that his prime and most important weakness is that targeting him while he's inside someone's mind can actually kill him. as shown here. Someone with the power to erase minds on their own could theoretically beat him in a scenario like this.

2. Bill Cipher is not a skilled fighter
Bill suffers from some sort of Homelander situation where he kind of falls flat against targets he can't just overpower with brute force, (although in his defence those opponents are much harder to find) considering that when he found out he couldn't one-shot the Shacktron thanks to the Unicorn hair barrier, his solution to that was to...........make more arms and keep trying to punch through something he can't punch through, he actually only got past it when he was "losing" realizing he can just rip the limbs of it off because they extend outside of the bubble, as seen here:

3. Finally, Bill Cipher has nothing to gain from possessing someone outside of real world access, there is nothing to use a human body for other then that and deception, (yeah, he really should not have won that poll I made 2 months back)
Why does this matter? Well it means that some reality warpers have possession to a greater extent than him, and actually be able to keep at least some of their powers to an extent, just to name a few:
Parallax from DC comics was able to possess green lantern, i don't really need to explain how a superhero's body is much more useful to control than child like Dipper's body.
Herobrine from Animation vs Minecraft, despite losing a majority of his most important powers when possessing red, can still create obsidian mechs to surround that body, manipulate blocks to turn them into weapons, and keeps his fighting skills.
The Shadow Queen from Paper Mario obviously still kept her abilities when possessing peach if you did play the game, and she was still a global threat possession or no possession.
And one last thing to note, Bill Cipher is powerful, but he is not even the strongest being in his universe, The Axolotl is, as it's what he called out for in his last moments. (considering what the backwards message is)
Hopefully this clears some things up, and people will actually think more about what Bill is going up against, and feel free to give your thoughts in the comments, Thank You for your time.
