Simon Krieger (Insomniac Games)

In my opinion,The Tinkerer in Spider Man: Miles Morales should be either classified as the main antagonist and Simon Krieger as the overarching antagonist or they should be both main antagonists since the Tinkerer's contribution to the story is as great or even greater that Krieger's.
