The Grabber (The Black Phone)

With the TBP 2 coming out October 2025 I’ve seen theories that I will be about The Grabber/Albert Shaw and Max Shaw’s past the reason the Albert become the grabber why max does drugs if this is true will he somewhat be responsible for the children going missing their deaths and his son becoming a serial killer

Could Terrance (abusive father), Vance Hopper or the trio of bullies qualify?

Now that I think of it, 2022 has gave us many villains who are serial killers, hence the title of the post.
