I never actually gave it much thought until now. I have the original book How the Grinch Stole Christmas. And, for those who don't know or don't have the original book, in the early days, Dr. Seuss' book, while fun, whimsical and entertaining, had very limited color palettes. In the case of the Grinch, the book's overall color palette was black, white, red and pink. As such, the Grinch with not the iconic fuzzy, green, yellow-eyed grump we all know and love today. Originally, he was a fuzzy, white, pink-eyed grump. That being the case, with his mostly white color scheme and given the fact that he has white fur and lives in a cold, snowy climate, could the Grinch possibly be Dr. Seuss' take on the legendary yeti?
