Do you kind of wonder how Vector Perkins returned to Earth? In Mooned, he went from being stranded on the Moon to being stranded on Mars, which was farther away from the Earth, but by the time we see him again in Despicable Me 4, he's back on Earth and he's shown as one of the many prisoners in the Anti-Villain League's maximum security prison. Do you think the Anti-Villain League were able to locate him and sent a rescue team to rescue him from Mars and return him to Earth, but also to imprison him as punishment for his past crimes.
