Actually, God (Supernatural a.k.a Chuck) probably tops the list because he destroyed a huge number of universes he created, destroyed trillions of lives.

Joker without a doubt. Never cared for Bane. Don’t even like him. Joker has always been the greatest Batman villain (IMO) and one of fictions greatest arch-nemeses

Good point actually. However, Zemo’s actions are what screwed the universe. While Beck was posthumously success with his goal, his actions didn’t cause half the universe to die.
