<p>Roger is a remorseful villain, but he is a villain nonetheless. He was written as being clearly the most inclined to commit evil acts and he is unanimously analyzed by literary critics as being the personification of malcontent and corruption. Is he pure evil? No. But, he is still clearly a villain. Keep.</p><p>

<p>FOR CLARIFICATION: I 110% want the rules changed, as the new system has yielded nothing but disaster. The only reason that I said I was not in favor of the proposal was that I think a different system, like what I listed above, could be better.</p>

<p>I did, because while I think your proposal would be an improvement over the current monstrosity, it wouldn't be the most ideal outcome. We need to put our heads together to come up a best of both worlds to solve this problem.</p>

<p>The new rules are worse than ever. We took a damaged system for nominations and completely broke it. Now, it's a race to edit the page right after midnight of the new month, regardless of article quality. What if some of us work for a living and can't/don't etch it into our planners to edit at zero o'clock in another time zone? This is a great way to drive people away from VFH. Hell, this month alone, we have 2/6 of the nominations about the same character, Mr. Freeze, in different continuities.</p><p>
</p><p>I propose we scrap the current rules. We should instead have the first week of the month dedicated to nominations, with the subsequent weeks being the voting period with qualifiers.</p>

<p>The six-per-month rule seems like a terrible concept; it will be about who edits at midnight UTC time, regardless of quality. We could have the first six be terrible and not be able to do anything about it.</p>
