Professor Z is not an AI. Cars from the Cars franchise fall under Possessed Objects, there are even references to them having organic body parts (what am I talking about, they have tongues), and in one spin-off game (granted, non-canon, but still) roboticization of cars is a thing.
"Right-wing" doesn't necessarily equal "bigot", just so to say, they just overlap often. Although if they don't lean politically, you could say they are auth-centrist.

Ah, yes, turning a generic two-dimensional villain who was flanderized into wiping away all his redeeming qualities "becuz kidz r wochin" and had those creepy undertones with his interactions with teens into a mastermind who played the entire DC heroes' gallery for saps is now ruining the character, apparently. Even if TTG Slade is not the best, I bet the show has worse villains, like Santa.

Context: Bang-On Balls Chronicles is a video game by Exit Plan. It revolves around balls sporting country flags filming movies, so there's clearly Polandball influence here, but the creators don't seem to acknowledge that they were inspired by said meme, there's little connection to the Polandball lore beyond character designs, and unlike the comics, it's made by a gaming company, maybe not a major one, but still. So it walks a really thin line between an homage and a rip-off.

Do we consider Sonic the Comic Online canon to the original Fleetway comic? I mean, I don't remember it being stated as canon by official sources, and no, one of the original Fleetway writers writing an issue for it doesn't make it canon. If it's not canon, then pages like "New Robotnik Empire" and "Syndicate" will have to move to the fanon wiki.

We already have a few Countryballs characters (like Reichtangle and ISIS). The problem is that Polandball is akin to folk tales of sort in that it doesn't have a consistent continuity, and given how much people make comics and animations based on it, there's no way to deduce the "true" canon. My guess was to just put in characters consistently portrayed as villains.
Then what are you waiting for? Go on, make a page for him, just don't add the Pure Evil category until he's approved.
