Darth Vader! He was deceived by Palpatine into joining the dark side under the assumption that his wife would die unless he acquired the secrets of the Sith in order to save her. In the end he became the thing that killed his wife. He lost his mother because he didn't do enough and he lost Padmé because he did too much.

Judge Claude Frollo is my favorite Disney villain but right here I'll choose Scar.

With the hair and how he wanted to annihilate Humanity he made me think of Eren Yeager. The biggest difference being that Eren Jaeger is not a misanthrope.
