I think category is used too loosely from its actual meaning. Sorry, I just can't let this go.

I think we should include their in-game incarnations as well since they fall under the "villain by proxy" category.

I'd say he's a villain by technicality according to this wiki, considering he's guilty of abuse of power and child endangerment.

I think we can all agree that they're all pure evil. Calvin clearly thinks very little of human safety or well-being, as well as needlessly raising his tenants' rents whenever he pleases. Felix tried to kill Bob once and Calvin twice. Grover killed Cotton Candy Dan and tried to kill the Belchers and the other two Fischoeders to cover his tracks.

Where did the "John" in his name come from? I'd like a fact check on that, please.

I'm going to say what nobody else is willing to say, the whole deleting page for being "too short" thing is ridiculous. Like, come on, you can always add more information. You don't demolish buildings that aren't complete yet. And I have personal experience with this issue, having two pages I created, Flemoids, the hostile species from Chex Quest, and the Z-Stacks, the evil organization from TUGS, be deleted for that very reason. And it's frustrating.
