One question that i have, and that has been in my brain from a long time, is if the categories "Barbarian" and "Sophisticated" can truly overlap. It is stated that a Feral can fall under Sophisticated, but the categories "Sophisticated" and "Barbarian" are stated to be opposites, but there are many characters who are under both, and i have seen users remove one of the two when it overlaps, but there is not any rule (to my knowledge) stating for that to happen. Personally, i think that they can overlap, as it is possible for a villain to be very cultured, have very good manners, which can be faked or genuine, and at the same time, be capable of violent and sanguinary acts like mass murder, torture, rape, mutilation, cannibalism, mass destruction, animal cruelty, etc, but that is just my personal imput, what do you guys and gals think?

I don't know too much about any of these characters, but apparently, The Scarlet King has multiple versions, and many of them are portrayed as being beyond dimensional/outerversal, so i think that he wins.
There is also the SMT version, the American Gods version... And the "Son Of The Mask" version... Which sucked.
If he uses one of his techniques, then yes, since Light Yagami was killed with regular bullets as far as i'm concerned.
Champ from Akame Ga Kill, since he is a degenerate piece of shit, Zamasu/Goku Black from Dragon Ball Super, since he is an annoying bastard who is always babbling and regurgitating about justice and how everyone is imperfect besides from him, Alan Yates, obviously. Pretty much any pedo who is PE would fall here, since they are all equally repulsive.

To be honest, and this may be a controversial opinion here, but i think that Order and Chaos are somewhat subjective, and it's pretty much impossible for someone to be completely Lawful or completely Chaotic. The thing about Spontaneous Order, is that it is a political theory that has been supported by many anarchists and libertarians, and those two ideologies are against the idea of authority, which is more aligned to Order than to Chaos.
Why?
I think that Azathoth, Nyarlathotep, Yog Sothoth, Lucifer Morningstar, Lucifer (SMT), YHVH, Perpetua, The Anti-Monitor, The Beyonder and Dax Novu are villains that could perfectly enter, at the very least, in the top 50 most powerful characters of all fiction, though it's pretty much impossible to know who is the truly most powerful one due to how abstract the power level of these characters is.
While i loved Zamasu as a villain, as a person he is one of the most assholeish characters that i've ever seen in fiction, and it was very satisfying to see him being sliced in half by Trunks, as well as being completely humiliated and domesticated by Vegito in the manga version of DBS.
I have a question, if a villain believes in a concept called "Spontaneous Order", also known as "Self-Organization", would they fall under a Lawful, Chaotic or Neutral alignment?

Palpatine is the strongest of the four, in his movie version, he is at the very least Large Town Level, and in his strongest versions, such as the legends and the Dark Empire one, he is something like Universe Level+ given how his energies can bust the fabric of space.
