I was going to go with Sadistic rather than Sociopathic but seemed a little too much. As a Sociopathic Mad Scientist, you see people as nothing more but test subjects, only caring about the outcome and results of your experiment. As a Sadistic Mad Scientist, you actually take pleasure in torturing your subjects while experimenting on them.
