I have a cartoon series called "Time Majesty: Ruffus Adventures".

And I am going to need anyone who are adults like me (I am 18-21).

I would need artists/animators, writers, voice actors, musicians, singers, etc.

I have done a lot of drawing and animating but I might need some help from anyone perhaps with a British/Australian accent to voice act my cartoon characters who will likely be villains in TMRA.

I would like to know anyone's input on their best 101 Dalmatian Street villains. Anti-Heroes or regular good guys that have been Brainwashed/Possessed or Anti-Heroic or Heroical Jerks cannot count since this is in fact a Villains Wiki Page and my question are villains. Unless you want to count Hunter De Vil, or Fergus and the Canal Crew who are around the grey area who are overall seen as anti-heroic/anti-villainous.

I believe that the two due to their pre-game selves with the information the Mastermind Tsumugi Shirogane or Junko Enoshima according to their audition tapes has Shuichi Saihara and Katio Momota inherent villainous aspects from themselves and what they said before being possessed and brainwashed and being put into the game. There intent is enough of a reason that can’t exactly fall apart to consider them as villains instead with the exception of the Mastermind’s supposed truth and the ambiguous narration and forms of interpretations that make it difficult for me to take for granted at least with how the characters for DRv3KH is clearly like due to their vagueness and enigma.

There is a CTan with a Gallery Page that doesn't even link to a Gallery Page and one of the Admins on that Page won't even allow me to remove the Gallery Page for the CTan Page.

It turns out that ? killed Bryce Walker. And I believe that they should be featured into the Villains Wiki.
