@Mccue "StockingFan15, the tone of the film is irrelevant."
The hell are you talking about? We are literally talking about who is the darkest Jim Carrey villain, and objectively it would be the protagonist of The Number 23 given that is his most serious role. And yes, most people when they say dark they mean serious.
Also, no, Jim Carrey didn't voice the SATAM version, wtf? He doesn't even sound like Jim Carrey. He was voiced by Jim Cummings.
Define darkest, because if you mean serious film!Robotnik absolutely isn't. It would be this guy
If their intention is to enforce the law without seeing what they do as some kind of good. Darkseid being a good example.
Dude got redeemed now, LOL, this discussion is even funnier looking back now.
I can't read a damn thing you said, I'm sorry, lol.
Yeah, he was just vengeful and delusional
No, edit warring, along with clearly trying to bait people into it (he deliberately ignored what people said while responding with nothing but undoing their edit, and changing the Type of Villain again to "Ruthless Violent Persona" when he before changed it to "Brainwashed persona")
With the user in question blocked, I like to make some clarifications. First of all, while Brainiac did raise her, he only actually mind controlled her when trying to commit genocide, and it's slightly implied he also influenced her a bit to attack the city people when ordered too.
Otherwise, she was completely herself when fighting Clark and kidnapping him. It's true she is delusional and didn't think she was actually gonna kill off the planets they conquer, but there's a reason why we have a category for it.
It's not like Adora from She-Ra, who was told the princesses were evil and told they were gonna save people by stopping them while committing no evil deeds onscreen (or off-screen as far as I know), Kara knew Brainiac wanted to conquer planets and fought Clark when he refused so then she kidnapped him, and was only mind-controlled into committing genocide. And all of what I mentioned was onscreen.
Yeah, like LucarioBot said
You have to be white-listed to be allowed to make a proposal, and you have to look at the criteria to see if he fits this trope/category, and having seen the show he absolutely does not. Ignoring the fact he cares for his mother, it's made very clear by everyone in universe that he would of never became evil if he became a student instead of being forced out by his mutant-hating mother who Inducturated him into becoming a self-hating mutant.
The whole reason why he didn't redeem himself was because he was so consumed by that inducturation that he would rather die than that. Thus, he is tragic because of this.
No, he absolutely does not count
Who?
Any vote that isn't Team Rocket is wrong
Neferpitou isn't even my favorite HxH villain by a long shot yet I'd take them over TBWL any day.
I mean....yeah, when I said "gay-coded but for different reasons", I am talking about the fact Emnu in a way has the stereotypical characteristics most often associated with queer people as a way to say he is "low-key coded".
Cuz those are traits usually associated with queer people?
He's a flamboyant femboy, that's why
Both are low-key gay-coded (but for different reasons)
Anyone who says Thanos is the most sympathetic is DILPing. It's clear he already had the idea of reducing the population, just his planet being destroyed is what made him go out to do genocide. He actively does things that reduce sympathy, such as kick the dog moments.
Meanwhile Ghost, who I am baffled is getting the less amount of votes, was just a little girl when her parents died and now she has a superpower that is actually killing her and she is trying to find a cure. Ghost isn't evil, she's only a villain cuz of her ruthlessness, which is completely understandable when you take in her situation. She outright redeems herself when she gets cured even.
Edit Note: Just remembered the only person Ghost killed was another villain, which also helps.
