How about frieza? He blew up the Saiyans planet and probably dozens more. He enslaved hundreds of planets and sent saiyans to wipe out entire species making them go extinct. He even killed children on namek.
He is one of the main antagonists to shape the flow of fiction because of how big he was, yes he’s awesome!
