Probably either Tirek or Cozy Glow. Tirek because he’s the most powerful and most knowledgeable of Grogar from what I know. But Cozy Glow might be the most likely to comply with Twilight.

Other than stalking and breaking and entering, all his crimes remain possible, but not absolute. Therefore, it’s not enough for him to purposed a Pure Evil villain.

@Malik the Teen He needs the best people out there to be spies. Kitty, Lydia, and Tuesday were offered the role and, of course, they accepted.

@Malik the Teen It’s honestly pretty simple. Lou is a big shot and he only deserves the best (so he claims). He deems them the best at the job.
