Yeah this depend on the player but i'm talking about when it's about progressing, at least the most common thing people usually do, there is lot of questionable thing players, including me, do in minecraft:
For example:
All the good thing we do are for pragmatic reasons
While we cure zombie villager, we do it for our own benefit, and later on we imprisoned them for trading
Before the update, the player technically torture the villager by re-zombifying and then cure it again for cheaper trade
Intentionally bring a raid to a village, and then save them, gaining the title "Hero of the village" we could interpret this as the player is lying since, the reason we do it is for the loot and a temporary discount.
However, we could say that, it seems the villager have no problem with it, therefore, this could lower the heinous side of it.
We are also extremely greedy:
like making an iron golem farm, how much iron golem we kill (and usually through lava, in which is a painful death) for our resources?.
While the hostile mobs does attack us, we attack them back mostly not for self defense but actually want to get the drop from killing it. To the point that we make a farm, similar to iron golem, but a hostile mob farm
We also kill some neutral mob that does not necessarily attack us like Enderman
Summoning the wither, which could bring chaos to the world, though we defeat it, again, it's for our own benefit, and morally we shouldn't summon him in the first place if the player truly cares.
And lot of crimes we have done, this probably resembles Avocado Animation's Pure Evil: Steve from Villager Night
But i think some of them are unrealistic like pouring lava to villager. which most player wouldn't do that.
So what do you think? would minecraft player be inconsistently heinous? NPE?
