The joker is good. but doofenshmirtz is honestly just more sane and smarter, since doof has made machines that are quite similar to reality warping. heck he made a time loop device and a portal that went to another dimension, also he's a wholesome dad

the lich is a primordial who exists before the universe itself and was reincarnated as a comet of pure evil and became even stronger via dark magic. And as a primordial he can come back by using alternate universe versions of himself as an extra life, yeah this guy is very strong and his evil powers are many so I think he can easily beat bill cipher who we have seen less feats from unlike the lich who we have seen quite a few feats from.

Demon slayers, because if we are talkinga bout basic demons. then you just have to tie them down or hold them off until sunlight comes, should be easy since its rare for them to have blood demon arts and even rarer for basic demons to have them

Also the description of how a springlock suit would kill you is brutal and probably extremely painful, and not only did william go through that but he also has burned alive multiple times
