@The Silver Sword I think he could get a proposal, the only time he does good is when he needs to get back to the future in Season 2 (but that was before he crossed the MEH by killing Wells), and maybe in Season 6, i haven't seen much of it.

Spectro00244 So, the thing is that he isn't actually a hateful sadist as much as an oblivious entity that feels as if the only important thing is the expansion. He is still PE, for sure, but he also is an actually kind person. It's the exception to the "Affably Evils can't be Pure Evil" rule.
