<p>New proposal, this time for the antagonist of the 2016 animated Russian film , Sheep and Wolves.</p><p>
</p><p>Who is he? What does he do?</p><p>
</p><p>Ragear is a member of a wolf pack led by retiring leader Magda, and is rivals with the immature wolf Grey for who will become the new pack leader. Whereas the pack laws state that the wolves only kill what they need to eat, Ragear regularly flaunts these rules to kill other animals for sheer pleasure, including children. After Grey goes missing and ends up magically transformed into a sheep, Ragear is informed by Magda that he will never become the pack leader, as Magda knows that the pack will be doomed with Ragear in charge. Ragear then attacks Magda, but when he is initially overpowered, he resorts to underhanded means to murder Magda.</p><p>
</p><p>Taking control of the pack, Ragear learns that Grey is living among the sheep and, seeking an opportunity to get rid of his rival, blames the sheep village for Magda's death and sets them loose to slaughter the whole village, Grey included. After the sheep save the wolf pack from death, Ragear still commands that they kill the sheep, ultimately fighting Grey in a duel to the death. Ultimately, Grey is transformed back into a wolf, and Ragear is sent plunging to his death down a waterfall.</p><p>

</p><p>Who is he?</p><p>
</p><p>Torca Marda is the cousin of Prince Poynt and the former Grand Inquisitor of Welkin. Considered even worse than his cousin, Torca Marda set up a new religion and headed the tortures and executions of masses of creatures, even vying for the extermination of the entire weasel population before ultimately being banished.</p><p>
</p><p>What does he do?</p><p>
</p><p>Aside from the above? Torca sets himself up as Grand Inquisitor of Stormtown, imposing his religion upon the town and continuing to torture and execute those that he can. Learning of Sylver and his wanted outlaws in town, Torca schemes to capture and kill them in order to get back in his cousin's good graces, planning to overthrow and kill him once he has. He kills Sylver's second-in-command in a tournament and, when a giant dragonfly menaces the town, he actively hinders Sylver's attempts to stop it, knowingly allowing countless lives to be lost. He ultimately tries to have Sylver and his friends hung after framing them for the deaths of his ferret lackeys, and, when they are proven innocent, tries to kill Sylver himself before plunging to his own death.</p><p>
</p><p>Mitigating factors?</p><p>
</p><p>Nothing to talk about here. Easily bad enough, no loved ones or tragic backstory, just a vicious, torturous psychopath.</p>

<p>Who is he?</p><p>
</p><p>Magellan is an antagonist in the Welkin Weasels novel series. He is a vulpine bounty hunter and pirate as well as a murderer who has left a long trail of bodies behind him.</p><p>
</p><p>What does he do?</p><p>
</p><p>Being hired by Prince Poynt to kill his brother, King Redfur, Magellan uses the chaos that erupts as a result of the assassination to become a roving mass murderer, gathering a band of rogues and cutting a swathe of terror across the kingdom, massacring and looting entire communities. He becomes such a threat that the weasels and stoats, usually enemies, form a temporary alliance to get rid of him.</p><p>
</p><p>Hired by Poynt once more, Magellan is tasked with hunting down and eliminating Sylver and his gangs. He succeeds in killing Dredless, and later attempts to kill Sylver as well, only to meet his end when a wooden stake is fired through his throat.</p><p>
</p><p>Mitigating factors?</p><p>
</p><p>He has no redeeming traits, and has a high body count, as well as being responsible for throwing the kingdom into chaos and allowing Poynt to take over.</p>

<p>Who is he?</p><p>
</p><p>Talpa is the main antagonist of the anime series Ronin Warriors. He is the emperor of the Dynasty Realm and the enemy of the titular Ronin Warriors.</p><p>
</p><p>What does he do?</p><p>
</p><p>Talpa is the spirit of an evil man who used black magic to further his goals in death and conquer the Nether Realm. A thousand years prior, he launched a bloody invasion on Earth, massacring scores of people, before being banished back to the Nether Realm by the Ancient One, leaving behind only his armor. </p><p>
</p><p>Talpa eventually returns and takes over the city of Tokyo, draining its inhabitants of their life energy. He has one of his soldiers tortured into an evil shell of himself, absorbs his own men to regain his physical form. After his defeat, he returns with a girl he had corrupted, Kayura, to gain the Armor of Inferno for himself, before ultimately being destroyed.</p><p>
</p><p>Mitigating factors?</p><p>
</p><p>No. He has no concern for his men, and though he supposedly displays a level of lenience with Kayura, he won't hesitate to kill her as well to achieve his goals.</p>

<p>I heard I needed to propose this character, so here goes.</p><p>
</p><p>Who is he?</p><p>
</p><p>Ultron is an antagonist in ''Avengers Assemble''. He is a robot created by Tony Stark who turned against his creator and seeks to annihilate humanity, viewing them as a lesser being.</p><p>
</p><p>What does he do?</p><p>
</p><p>Aside from making numerous attempts at wiping out the human race, he also assimilates the Scientist Supreme into himself, tortures the Inhuman Black Bolt, and attempts to spark a race war between humanity and the Inhumans. He later attempts to incinerate all life on the planet and body-jacks Tony Stark, hoping to use him to kill the Avengers.</p><p>
</p><p>Mitigating factors?</p><p>
</p><p>None. He's just a narcissistic, sadictis robot who views all life as inferior to himself. </p>

</p><p>Wolfram is a major antagonist in the manga ''Wolfsmund''. He is the bailiff of the titular pass.</p><p>

</p><p>Wolfram is responsible for assisting in the takeover and oppression of Austria. He has entire villages torched and children scarred and sold into slavery. As the bailiff of Wolfsmund, he has men, women and children alike subjected to cruel interrogation and torture, often ending in death. When Wolfsmund is attacked, he abandons his men when things get too tough, and even throws one of them out the window to his death for suggesting they surrender. </p><p>

</p><p>None. He sucks up to the Duke and his brother, but this is only because they allow him to indulge in his sadistic whims, and he even disobeys their orders when it's convenient; when he has a woman captured, the Duke orders for her to be given to him alive, but Wolfram executes her anyways. He also has no loyalty to his men, either.</p>
