I feel like Peter like the rest of his family should be deleted. If the justification for deleting his family is they were way too on and off than shouldn't Peter also be deleted? He is as on and off as them. He can go whole episodes WITHOUT be a villain or abusive and in the early seasons he wasn't abusive. Like the rest of his family, he only became abusive in the later seasons yet they were deleted because of that very reason.

It was? I forget that April was made Autism Awareness Month. I have Autism and ADHD. Though, I sometimes feel I don't have. I very much so have High Functioning Autism meaning I can function well regardless of it.

I think you could've guessed I meant Brian. Brain is just an i and a swap of Brian.
Lois and Brian have also done similar things and have villainous actions as well yet they were deleted for being on and off.

@Bianca Bellaschnee No, I haven't. I haven't seen many direct to DVD Scooby movies and Zombie Island is one of them. Though, to be fair I'm not a big fan of Zombie stuff in general.
@Yoshikage1234 I thought he was because they called the robots he controlled "Nazi-era Robots" and "Nazi bots".
@Bianca Bellaschnee I haven't seen Zombie Island. I adore Mystery Inc. however. I think it is hands down the best Scooby Doo show. Professor Pericles may be a parrot but he is the world's scariest parrot. He makes the show especially season 2. Him being German and related to the Nazis adds greatly to his villain status.
The most interesting and darkest villain outside of the Evil Entity in the entire Scooby-Doo franchise. He steals the show in Mystery Inc.
I just saw the Golden Guard A.K.A Hunter from the Owl House actually has a page on this wiki. Why? He never does anything remotely heinous during the show and we have seen characters that have done worse have their pages deleted because they weren't evil enough and were simply jerks. At most, when Hunter was the Golden Guard I would say he was a jerk but a villain? I don't thinks so.

Fine. But I will be putting him up for discussion again when I get the requirements. I will include the details you missed in your OG proposal for the character. I don't like how shady this all is.
@Bazilsiraj Should've opened it for debate is my problem with it. Why else have Removal Proposals? Whoever requested him removed should've made a Removal Proposal or asked someone to make one if that person isn't on the Whitelist.

@IHaveTheGreatestPlan Mael Stronghart from the Great Ace Attorney. Bazil made the OG proposal which was confirmed but then recently had Jester of Chaos remove the PE status.
Does anyone know if the Pure Evil Permissions are still closed? Because a mod removed a character that I would like to be made Pure Evil without a Removal Proposal and I would like to re-propose that character since I am very familiar with him. Plus, it would get be incentive to try to get to 500 edits.
